Quick Start cabbage is a fantastic variety to grow for early cabbage sales at roadside stands and farmers' markets. The round 3 lb. heads are a medium green color and have short cores. Quick Start cabbage has good uniformity, a compact plant and high resistance to Fusarium Yellows. It can be grown from spring to fall and has good holding ability for an early variety.
