Winter Harvest
Extend your growing season into late fall and early winter! Plant vegetables like lettuce, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, beets, radishes, leeks, and carrots for a bountiful winter harvest. There is still time to plant leafy greens and root crops that mature in 50 days or less in the field. For longer maturing varieties, you’ll want to plant these in a high tunnel for extra protection, to have fresh produce available into early winter.
